Your happiness matters

My name is Franziska Luxhøj and I am here to support and empower you on your journey from grumpy to happy abroad.

This mission is close to my heart because I have been an expat partner since 2007, so I am very familiar with the struggles you go through. I have not always been happy.

Over the years, the challenges piled up and left me feeling alone, frustrated and overwhelmed. Until the point where I decided that enough was enough and started my journey to create the life I love away from home.

So now I use the powerful combination of personal experience, professional coaching training and expertise within positive psychology, relationships and change psychology to support other expat partners.

My signature approach – the H.A.P.P.Y. method – takes you through a structured and thoroughly designed process from grumpy to happy.

The practicalities

  • 10 sessions of 60 minutes each
  • Sessions are on video call and can be recorded
  • Preparation before each session through worksheets
  • Check-ins between sessions to ensure transformation
  • Duration: between 2,5 to 5 months (upon agreement)
  • Investment: €1.500, payment plans available
